These terms are an agreement between you and Heritage Growth Ventures LLC, doing business as Daloy ("Daloy," "we," "us"). Registered address: 4690 Millennium Drive, Suite 300, Belcamp, Maryland 21017, USA.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful, personal, or business research purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the site or its content.
Services and engagements
Anything you read on this site about services, scopes, timelines, or pricing is informational. The actual terms of any engagement are confirmed in a separate written agreement between you and Daloy. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
Bookings and inquiries
When you submit the contact form or book through Calendly, we use your information to reply, schedule a conversation, and follow up if useful. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship by itself.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific business results. Articles, frameworks, and advisory content on the site are informational and not a substitute for legal, financial, or other professional advice tailored to your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daloy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD $100. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
The Daloy name, wordmark, written content, and visual design on this site are owned by Daloy. Don't reuse them without permission. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are governed by that engagement's agreement.

The site may link to third-party sites (for example, Calendly). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
