Why I started Daloy
A more direct way to do serious operating work.
I spent more than two decades helping large organizations solve complicated operational, workforce, technology, data, and AI problems.
I started Daloy because growing organizations often face the same underlying challenges, but they need a model built for focused implementation and direct senior involvement.
I stay involved in every Daloy engagement. I work with leadership to understand where work is breaking down, redesign the operating model, and stay through implementation. If technology is part of the answer, we build or integrate it. If it is not, we do not force it.
The goal is simple: make the operation easier to run, easier to see, and less dependent on heroic effort.
